Historical operation
COMTF was a volunteer effort that ceased all operations on 29 August 2021.

In response to the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan and ensuing humanitarian crisis, an all-volunteer team supported evacuation efforts for non-profit and non-governmental organizations around the world.
Mission Note
Named the Commercial Task Force, COMTF volunteers served during a critical time of need in Afghanistan and the United States. As final flights left Kabul, most returned to their private lives after completing COMTF safe-passage efforts.
We pause to honor those who gave all so that we may continue the pursuit and dream of freedom, both at home and abroad.
The ongoing purpose of this website is to preserve the record and direct attention toward organizations focused on the Afghan diaspora and other crisis areas where sustainable impact is needed.
